Wardle Anderson Brass Band – Bandroom Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using Bandroom, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Bandroom

Bandroom is a private platform for current members of Wardle Anderson Brass Band only. Access is granted by the Band Secretary or a designated Site Manager. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bandroom only for legitimate band-related purposes. You must not:

  • Post content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing
  • Share another member's personal information without their consent
  • Upload content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to use
  • Post commercial advertisements or spam
  • Share your login credentials with anyone else

4. Content You Post

You are responsible for the content you post on Bandroom. By posting content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share it
  • It does not breach anyone's privacy
  • It is appropriate for a community that includes under-18 members

WABB reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these terms.

5. Safeguarding

WABB is committed to the safeguarding of all members, particularly those under the age of 18. Any content or behaviour that could be considered inappropriate towards a young member will be taken extremely seriously and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

If you have any safeguarding concerns, please contact the Band's Safeguarding Officer immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents, scores, and materials uploaded to Bandroom remain the property of their respective owners. They are shared for internal band use only and must not be distributed outside of Bandroom without permission.

7. Account Termination

WABB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon leaving the band, your account will be deactivated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bandroom is provided as a service to band members. WABB makes no warranties about the availability or accuracy of the platform. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Bandroom.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
